2. Hair Patch Products

- Returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.
- The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
- Any return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
